Dear pokerstars support,

First, I love you. I love PokerStars. I am so happy I made the switch from FullTilt during your 2x bonus. I'm never looking back.

As I want to support PokerStars in the general public, I am eager to get a hat with the PokerStars logo on it for myself to wear. I want others to know that I have indeed "unleashed" the poker star within me.

To be very anatomically honest, I have a big brain, and thus a big head. A big head that requires a Large sized flex hat! Unfortunately I have not seen one available in your VIP store for quite some time ... is there any possibility of finding one for your biggest fan?

Also - I have a fantastic marketing idea for your poker room to make more money, and I am offering this idea free of charge (just put in a good word for me with the higher ups to hire me for other stuff). Instead of obscure Roman and Greek mythology to name your tables, how about your sell the rights to own the name of the tables you play at? Can you imagine? I can sit down and play at the "Clorox Bleach $50nl Table"! Feel like taking your luck to the "Trojan Magnum 400nl Full Ring Game?" I sure do! You get a nice bit of advertising revenue from the good people at Clorox (and others!), they get exposure to site visitors, and everyone is happy.

Surely this brilliant idea might even be worth a free flex hat without me having to VIP-store it :)

As we get so many suggestions on such a regular basis, I cannot guarantee
that they will reply to your suggestion. I can assure you that they will

I think the table sponsors is an excellent idea!!!!! they could even take it a step further and make sponsor freerolls where you pull a coupon from an advertisement and enter the upc number as the password. It would encourage people to keep and use the coupons thus bringing the sponsors more business as well!!

i got a flex hat large but it isnt big enough maybe ps should use adults when testing size

I guess PS support staff aren't really allowed to respond with like humor, if they possess it, or to gift you with free fat American head hats. Oh well....

Where I work we recently launched a new web site, and someone very kindly and with good humor let us know about an error that cropped up, and subsequently asked for a t-shirt. We don't keep t-shirts on hand but did send the guy some posters for his efforts.

It all depends on the support person that answers your emails.... ive gotten some pretty funny reponses back from Stars before, and ive seen tons more.

You just happened to have got a crappy support guy! Too bad it would have been gold if you had gotten a different one...

order but we do have some left in stock and will be more than happy to
send you one. Please let us know which color you prefer (Black or Tan) and
we will manually deduct the 500 FPPs and place the order for you.

Regarding your marketing idea, we appreciate any ideas and suggestions
from our loyal players and will forward it to our Marketing department for
further review. I am sorry I cannot yet offer a free hat until I hear back
from them, but we can wait and see what they say :)
