balance = $39 (the deposit i made to open the money account to qualify for the tourney)

so i phone customer services:

'your money is in held funds, all poker winnings are held for 72 hrs before being released, it's an anti-fraud measure'

the guy directs me to a 'held funds' button, and yes i can see my money

i've never seen this on a poker site before, have you?

I've never heard of held funds. What site is it? I've won and withdrawn without problems from Full Tilt, bodog, and Stars. Strange, hope you get your money!
