I have screenshots of most of the sngs that i didnt finish in 1st and 2nd so i could document it. Please give me the points im supposed to get for entry to sng's when i do not finish in 1st or 2nd. This has been going on for 3 days already. I have already sent many screenshots of my score.

then shane immediately ended that chat after saying your just going around and around and that he has alreadt advised me on the situation. I had been told that my issue would be fixed, then he says he found out it is affecting not just ME but Most other people playing for the sng leaderboard. I have sent them everything they have asked for including screenshot after screenshot. This is horrible. Do not play at BOL if you are trying to battle for the sng leaderboard because like he said he cant do anything about it and nothing will be done obviously (this is the 4th day)

Shane has great patience, is this a weekly, monthly or yearly leaderboard, I can see your urgency if it is weekly, but if monthly or yearly then give them time to sort it out, as you say you have the screenshots and BOL will have tourney results, when they get to fixing it they will, he even says that you are not the only one with this problem.

If your husband is a lawyer, then ask him to school you on procedures and processes.

Wow, Susan, you left me speechless with your persistence. Was it really important to you to be on that leader board, were you losing important benefits without the those points, or were you just fighting on principle? Anyways you did not go down without a fight, and made those poor guys pay a dear price for not giving you what you wanted right away.

I understand that it is frustrating but it clearly appears they are working on it. Nothing you could say was going to make it go any faster. Patience's is a virtue.

Best of luck to you. I got jerked around with the SNG leader board with the promise "the points will be there". Of course they weren't week after week. Sometimes a little short, most of the time A LOT short. I went round and round with support for a few weeks and just gave up and now play only at ACR.

I'm a bit surprised that BOL doesn't have a "official thread" like ACR where things like this can be resolved. Guess BOL doesn't need the action.

betonline never did anything about this and said all points were correct which was not true, you can even see shane stating their was a problem with my account and they told me they looked over it and nothing was wrong. Betonline help center does nothing for you even if it is completely obvious like when that guy caught the betonline live blackjack dealer cheating and they still didnt do anything. Its a disgrace to the poker community and i only play freerolls on betonline because there technical support team does not do anything to clear up problems they created. I hope you dont make the same mistake i did which was putting my trust in the hands of betonline poker support team.

Its unfortunate you had to experience this. But, the truth is, what better options do you have?
Betonline is by far the best gambling site for us players

I don't think Betonline is the best site for US. I think either ACR or ignition would be better.

BOL wouldn't give me player points because I only played for $5.00 buyins. So I moved over to Sportsbet. 10% rake is way too much for both sites.

Didn't do anything with the live blackjack dealer? They fired the whole company he worked for and moved to a different one! They didn't even just fire the one guy. What more did you expect?

I don't think Betonline is the best site for US. I think either ACR or Ignition would be better.

Ive heard horrile things about ACR. Plus that site wont let me deposit with a credit card because of some complete bs. Ignition is ok but very depressing and ive only made about 500 bucks there over a 2 month time period. BOL is by far the best site for ME.
