Do not make thread titles in all caps please.

If you are worried about it all you have to do is call your credit card company and cancel it - they will give you a new number and send you a new card.

I will still play at BetOnline - see no reason not to.

I have never heard of anyone using their credit card somewhere to make a purchase - then calling the company to demand it be removed from their system - makes zero sense to me. If you don't want a place to have your credit card number then don't give it to them.

No big deal at all.

I see your thread title changed. Kinda makes my first post make less sense, but anyway.

A thread title like he had needs something to back it up.

I'm struggling to see any connection with a site unwilling to remove a card from their site = scam?

Just for the record, no site removes a card from my experience but it makes zero difference as they don't/can't use it because you still need to input security information to deposit.

If you have a problem with gambling, then I suggest you tell your credit card to cancel your card and not allow any transactions on it.

Yea - you can't go to Walmart and make a purchase with your credit card - then later demand they remove it from their system.

Credit card use doesn't work that way.

(It was a debit card, not a charge card, money's already spent...I see why you got confused, it's not like I didn't pay my gambling debt...)

I agree there should be a way to remove the information from being saved. That option exists throughout the internet for online transactions. Just because you can't remove it though doesn't mean it's exactly a scam. That would indicate they are making unauthorized charges to me.

Hey everyone just wanted to warn you about BetOnline. I would not trust them whatsoever. My username on there is Grindmode and I placed 18th in their 50K Sit N Go Challenge, they refused to pay me out any bonus and insisted that I did not place even though I have pictures of my place and name on the leader board at the time the challenge was supposed to stop according to the terms and conditions. I've attempted to reason with them several occasions today and yesterday, they never answer any of my questions and always respond with just one answer saying "You are not in the top 20 therefore you're not eligible." And yes I am no longer in the top 20 but when play was supposed to stop according to the terms and conditions I was. I will never drop another dime on that site, don't waste your time and money.
