How did you choose your room? And why?

I, for example, play pokerstars, chose it because a friend played on it and there was advertising in nete.Other of me after that I was not hooked. And how did you choose your room?

Depends what you are looking for. You can find many others with great deposit bonuses, you can find software that looks cool or as you said to play with friends.

Personally I play Stars too, It has great players pool.

Guided by the reviews and chose PokerStars,still play there...

yes i like pokerstars cos there is more fish player and variaous game also tournaments type.

I prefer PS cos there is more tournaments and i like their design ;D

I heard about pokerstars, decided to try - downloaded the application to the phone, and then already to the computer. Now - this is my main room.

I used to play on full tilt till black friday hit..now i have it twinned with pokerstars..
I also play on one called blackchip where I have $113 from freerolls and micro..can't withdraw tho' (never deposited)..

What allows me the time. In it I play.

I also came to PS on a same way, some of my friends played there and they make some quick money. That was good enough to me.

I wish everyday when I awake in the morning that my state would allow online poker so I can once again play at pokerstars

But for now I play at betonline and America's card room

I play BOL the most because it accepts my credit card and ACR does not

I think ACR is a better room of the 2 though, they have much more traffic and way better tounement selection, also nice satillites into live events

I miss you pokerstars, and all the European fish who play there

It's one of the few that allow US players

Most of the folks around here have multiple rooms, and will play games from more than 1 room at a time. So for instance I just had Stars and intertops running at the same time. I could have had more rooms running, from other sites.

Some sites just feel more comfortable, I still think Carbon (Merge Network) has the best client (our end) software.

Stars is rock steady. If you can play there for real money, you won't find any better software. I'm in the US and can't play for real money on Stars,,,

I got Grosvenor Poker first, I already had an account at the Casino so it was easy to set up and I already have a bank roll (plus I can get points from playing in the Casino to increase my bank roll). Then I downloaded poker stars as it was the one I saw the most screen shots of on Facebook. Next I downloaded 888 Poker for the welcome bonus, $1 free credit and tickets to enter tournaments just for signing up.

888 is my personal favorite but opinions are mixed

There are only a few in the US to play. So I play them all.

My current preference list:
1) brasil Poker Live (BPL, part of Aconcagua Poker)
2) party poker
3) Pokerstars
4) 888
5) unibet

I`ve played in 888Poker, partypoker, but trere was uncomfortable design and gameplay, so I think PS is the best poker room.

I have played various sites but unibet is my favourite at the moment followed by 888. I don't play on pokerstars much anymore as I found I'm consistently more profitable elsewhere.

I prefer Pokerstars. Always a lot of games, great software and no problems with cash-outs

Very long time ago I saw an advertisement from
PokerStars and I decide to try
play, I registered for PokerStars and started playing and I really liked the poker room,
there are a lot of good tournaments and you can always find a tournament for any choice and the cash games are good, PokerStars did an excellent = poker school = and leagues where many players learn to play and get prizes and I like the PokerStars room!

Just accidentally got on the PS and stayed

I like more when a poker room has less traffic.
Because less people register for a tournament and paid place come faster.
I know that less player registered can mean less prize pool.

I play on UnibetPoker, and the American Room, I cannot play on other sites, because I live in Israel, and there are a lot of well-known rooms here that are prohibited!:fight:

Pokerstars, in my case, due to the indication (in the beginning),
Now due to fast withdrawals,player flow and support

I play in more than one rooms , I feel is better to do so. PS is not the softest room out there plus if you play in more than one rooms you will always find a suitable game for your preferences( buy ins , speed , structure) if we are talking about MTTs

Having the option for smaller fields and maybe softer ones is not a bad idea IMO!

Or you chose option to download few of them,give them a try and than decide,u have freeroll on every platform so u can try it for free.. It is from pearson to pearson we all love different thing,because we chose different rooms
