It occurs to me, that according to DOJ requirements, that since PP left the US shortly after the UEGIA became law, they might be able to re-enter the new US OLP scene almost immediately.
At one point, PP was easily handling huge player pools, meaning they had enough hardware to handle those huge crowds. But that was 7 years ago, and that hardware probably rusted.
IMO, the sites that prevail in the upcoming NEW OLP boom in the US will be the one with the best software, so how is the software these days?
Please compare against Merge (great game selection), and Full Tilt (best user interface), and then maybe against Stars (always functional if somewhat boring interface).
