Do people tend to stick to one site or do you play on several. I mainly play on Titan,PKR & pokerstars but have registered on others.

I currently have money on 9 sites. I've been this way 9 of the last 10 years though. Multi-siting is what I do. I know many guys who are stubbornly loyal to single sites even when said site does not fulfill all their needs (be that support/withdrawals/deposits/rewards/etc).

Now I frequently play on 3 sites, Bovada, ACR(Tourneys Only) and BOL(Cashgames mainly). Sometimes I also play on Lock poker and Carbon poker, but not that much.

I think the cashouts is a very important point

I've been an online pro for 10 years. This month being my 10 year anniversary :)

I load up one monitor with typically 4-5 poker room lobbies and then load up my other screen with tables. As games go down in quality/fish leaves/etc, I close a table and pull my next best choice from the lobbies on the other screen. Rinse repeat throughout my sessions.

After a couple days I'll take one of the sites out of rotation, then add one of the dormant ones in. I do this constantly so that I'm always playing/cycling through the sites where I keep money :)

I seem to rotate a lot. I dunno why, I don't really get bored with one site over another because poker is poker, but I like to vary things up mostly because each site plays at different times of day for their tournaments and freerolls. I simply get overwhelmed if I try to keep track of all of them, so I just play at one for awhile, and then when I feel like playing at a different time of day for awhile, I play at another.

WOW, this mechanism seems to work very well~ so congratulations on your 10 year anniversary! Good luck with your future career! It must be much easier to play 10 years ago than now, isn't it?

Yes, game quality was considerably poorer in 2003. That said, if I played my 2003 self now as I am in 2013, I'd kick his ass :)

While it's not quite the printing press it was during the Chris MoneyMaker boom, a professional still earns a 6 figure income. In my case, I had to move to outside of the USA to continue my professional career in high capacity post Black Friday, but I do know a couple guys working really diligently doing what I've described from within the USA. Employing similar methods to what I've described about high volume, multi-site play.

Where there is a will, there is a way :)

And thanks :)

I have a question for you. What the difference does it make after you play poker as a pro? I mean, the feel you play, the state of mind and the fun you get from the games.

Wow thats impressive..I have a long way to go..

For example, yesterday I played 4,100 hands. I was playing up to 12 tables of $109=$535 MTTs, LHE cash 20/40+, and PLO 400-2k buyin. I played across 5 sites, Carbon, intertops, America's Cardroom, Titan, and party poker.

Good times :)

I have a question for you. What the difference does it make after you play poker as a pro? I mean, the feel you play, the state of mind and the fun you get from the games.

As a pro, I stopped watching poker after about 1-1.5 years of playing. I do it every day, don't care to see *terrible* live pros act a fool on television.

Insofar as state of mind, true Zen is reached when one doesn't even care about their daily fluctuations anymore. For example, my session yesterday. I'm pretty sure I won money at both cash and MTTs, but I didn't look. It doesn't matter. I final tabled one of the MTTs, I didn't look at the payout structure. It doesn't matter.

If I play good poker, the money takes care of itself. I try not to obsess about it as many players do. Money is simply a tool of the trade. If one constantly looks at bankroll and equates it to how many cheeseburgers or Mercedes Benzes they purchase with said bankroll, one is wasting tons of mental effort with no purpose.

I usually want to stick with one site even if I have about 5 sites I am registered to. Now a days though I am trying my second site which is Juicy and my main is Carbon. I still only play Carbon the majority of the time.

Exactly the US facing sites I play on hehe (I also play Carbon's sister skin Aced).

I am one of those focusing on bankroll every day. Always moody when playing poker.
