How long start up pokerstars and full tilt for USA

Nobody can answer that question. We don't know when - but it is looking like it will happen state by state instead of for the whole country.

yeah, the first thing is that, there is no fix schedule, how soon will FTP return money to US player.

Based on the slow progress we have gotten so far, I wouldn't be surprised to have to wait another 5-10 years.

I hope it's less than 5-10 years, but I guess that's better than never---

It just boggles my mind that land of the free has no pokerstars...

Second place was a guy from Iran.

poker stars for americans?

Does anyone know how the fight to bring ps back to the states is going? I know ,personally, i miss the value of some of the lower buy-in tournaments.I dont know of many/any tournaments available to americans where 8 dollars can get you in a 60k prize pool.

What boggles my mind is you think that the US is the land of the free. The fact that poker online is not readily available in all 50 states proves we are not living in a free country. This and I can name at least a thousand other reasons, but since this is a poker forum I will restrain myself.

I'm going to venture to guess that it's not the one that marries off young girls before they even get into middle school (if they're even allowed to go to school in the first place).

meh iran is for iranians and usa is for a larger variety of people, if you don't like iran don't go there but i wouldn't compare the two

And I wouldn't use the availability of online poker as a basis of comparison of freedoms in two areas.
