Somebody dont cant acess the App of pokerstars??

To me i made the login but It is showed nothing ...home..cash game .. tournaments Just a white screen :( , i would play a freeroll rightnow but with this i cant ...

I could not use the app version, which includes my phone and tablet, had to switch to the download version on my laptop
