hosting/playing home tounament

I have held 6 home tournaments over the last year and a half or so. As the number of players grows, I'm finding it more difficult to concentrate on playing the tourney and running it at the same time. I did manage to win the last one but it was with a bit of luck and some suckouts. anyone else have/had this problem? If so, any suggestions?

there's some software around the net that can help with this. blind timers, etc.

make someone else host it once so u can relax and play-however i tried that and ended up basically running it anyway
