HM2 do read and import hand historyI can't get my HUD to work on America's Cardroom cash tables.
Does anyone here have this working or experience the same problem?
"Well" is a stretch. It works better than HM2, sure, in that a HUD comes up. But it's not very reliable, and that's not PT4's fault as much as it is WPN's (and why HM2 hasn't been able to easily get WPN working either, I imagine). WPN doesn't put enough information in the HH to keep the HUD straight, especially for tournaments & SNGs. I've suggested a method to mitigate this several times, but PT doesn't think it's worth the effort to support, apparently. I think they're holding out for WPN to fix their HH, which is obviously the preferred solution, but if it were my software package I'd be making the relatively simple modification I suggested to distance myself from my competitor by better supporting one of the few US-facing networks out there. But that's a soapbox of mine and a subject for another thread (that's been done already, LOL).PT4 works well....

Yeah, that's exactly what I was talking about. The tracker can't keep up with where to position the HUD because of a lack of data in the HH information. For what ever reason my huds just started moving around randomly and just being jumbled up.

I'm not certain I understand the point you're trying to make, but if it's that customer demand drives innovation and priorities when it comes to software support, I'll agree.well think that if there shows a lot of traffic in winning network.
major software provider would consider provide support for that poker room.
think that is the key would be -- not one or two of the single player suggest or not, but the key shall be a majority of the HM2 or PT4 buyers shows potential demand , to use HM2 or PT4 well, in winning network.
else, would not expect anything better.
