Just when you thought you would never hear about AP/UB again, a new suit was filed this week in CA regarding the cheating scheme:

I didn't realize they had released $7 million to shareholders in May of 2011 and they had $4.2 million in escrow.

Understatement of the day: "The feds also froze bank accounts holding the bankrolls of U.S. players, many of whom have yet to be repaid."

How do I know this is not happening at other online poker sites too?
Online seccurity at poker sites is a farce.

LOL! They will get off with a slap on the wrist, thats why poker sites still cheat/freud and launder, there are no consequences. I had about $100 on UB when it shut down, and had lost several throughout the years. I dont plan on ever seeing that, heh, THIEVES! Just like Full Tilt, pokerstars, Merge, Hero, Sportsbook, BetOnline, all of them, they all cheat, honestly not sure why I even play other than addiction. o_O GO USA! When we finally regulate online gambling we will take all of China's business, and bury the competition, honesty goes a long way, and the truth always prevails.
