high rake on Ultimatebet

I was playing a heads up cashgame at 1/2 dollars and the rake was really high, I think about .50 everytime we see the flop without raising. After 10 minutes there was $5 gone from the table. I think that's way too much

yeah well a lot a raking usually happens in heads up because you are seeing so many hands so quickly. pokerstars is pretty good as far as rakes are concerned.

I was playing in the micro stakes with my massive $1 i got from a freeroll and it seemed like the rake was high there as well. Maybe I'm just crazy.

it makes me wonder if it's even possible to make a large amount of money heads up over a long period of time. Eventually both players would run low on money

I started to play ring games more often or entered heads up sngs and it's easier to make more money too
