Last time I went, I only played in tournaments. I stayed at the Mirage. I really enjoyed the Mirage's tournaments, the Wynn is REALLY nice but there are good players and it's expensive. I noticed that Treasure Island was full of fish, especially in the lower buy-in tournaments.

jsut as a guess, id have to say the bellagio should have a fair amount of fish at the lower limits because there would be a lot of ppl there with a good amount of money there, wanting to "give poker a shot" (rounders reference =P )

What level do tournaments start at a B&M? And, how many players? Nearest one to me is about 500 miles; not exactly a day trip.

Someone posted a link a while back to a site that showed the tournaments each Vegas casino ran daily... can't remember what it was, but most of them had tourneys starting at around $40, anywhere from 30-100 players

Ditto on the allvegaspoker link. It gave a good relative rating of the rooms.

I recommend at least one tournament over at Caeser's. It's Poker Heaven.

Planet Hollywood was fun too.

Most tournaments I played started at $60 and $120.

BTW - thanks for the other link too. Very interesting stuff.
