help on tourney begining

i often finish in top 100 out 0f 2700 any1 got any advice on starting and finihsing a freeroll tourney plz help!!

at beginning there are 2 ways to go play tight and wait for the craziness to end or go with the craziness take risks and build a big stack which puts you in a better position to win in the end. I personally used to take the 2nd option because i cant see the point in shortstacking for 4 hrs only not to win anything.

thanks 4 the advice and anything on ending a tourney.. is just for e.g. in tilts freerolls when there is 28-31 ppl often i go in there wiv a monster stack e.g 1-3 bt end up playing ridickuolusly tight any advice on what hands i should rasise and play with a stack like that

When yu got a massive stack you want to steal at least 2 blinds per roundwhich masintains ure stack at a good level and you should loosen up as you know yuou cant be busted and everything you play you gotta play aggressivly. if you play tight you will get blinded you should border on maniac here and if you lose a portion of your stack tighten up but while u got disposable chips use em to win not just pay blinds
