HELP registering at Black Chip

I have downloaded Black Chip Poker and when I click on the Create Account button, my printer prompt pops up.
What the heck is going on and can anyone help me figure this out?

I think I figured it out myself. They don't except USA players do they?

Yes they do accept US players.

I just signed up maybe two weeks ago. I didn't need to print anything and when it asked my name, I put that in. Repeated that step with the other fields and played some funsteps. Haven't deposited yet.

Sounds like a redirect. Many viruses use the printer port to get around.
