I'm having the worst time trying to find a poker site that allows players from Pennsylvania can anyone suggest anything? Also, if you could enlighten me on how cashing out works. Thanks.

Would you recommend any of the fore mentioned sites rather than others? Could you explain to me how withdraws work and are there any tips you could give me? I'm just starting out in the online poker world but have been playing live for a few years just basement games and non real money. It seems as though you have a lot more experience than I and Id tremendously appreciate any help. I've been trying to figure it out for days now and can't get much information. If you do not have the time i understand. Thank you for the previous information.

Out of those mentioned by kid, keep away from Carbon at least until they start paying out promptly, I haven't made withdrawals at those sites yet, I have traded funds with friends and they sent me paypal.
And I wouldn't bother worrying too much about withdrawals until you have something worth withdrawing.

I like Black Chip Poker, over Americas Cardroom, due to the SSL error I get on Americas Cardroom, but that could because I'm running win xp. I've not played on Full Flush Poker yet.

My tip, is You could start out with CC freerolls https://www.cardschat.com/forum/cardschat-freerolls-31/, the level of play is better than other freerolls. CC has freerolls at 3 of the 4 poker sites I listed. It will give you the feel for the sites, and you can pick which you like better.

Also, Im not fully understanding the free roll. Do i have to be a member for a while and should i just be patient and learn as much as i can before jumping into the actually real money poker? Im experienced in the actual game of poker and know the basics and id say I'm knowledgable to an extent beyond the basics but as I've mentioned am completely new to the online poker world.
