I have downloaded and installed. I have made an account. But it won't connect. There is nothing wrong on my end. I have 5mb cable. I have no problem playing any where else or doing anything else. bodog says its my internet. It's not! I have uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn't seem to make any difference. Still doesn't work! Any suggestions? With this problem I can't play any Bodog tournaments! So good luck to you all there and everywhere else too! :)

do you have a firewall enabled somewhere? it seems like this is not a software problem, rather a connection problem, and if you or your internet provider have closed some internet ports, this could be an issue.

First, check to make sure that Internet Explorer is updated and working. It doesn't have to be your default browser, but you do need to have it installed. It's a compatibility thing. Just pull Internet Explorer up and make sure it connects to a page. (Internet explorer has to be working in order for Bodog to launch. It's weird, I know. But I've been through that before....)

If that doesn't work, call their customer service. They're extremely helpful.

I think I clicked the link from here! Can't remember. My internet works and so does my explorer. I have called costumer service and they say its my internet. I disagree. I can do anything else but Bodog! I have allowed Bodog through my firewall. Like I said I have cable with 5mb speed. I should have no trouble. Thanks for helping. I just won't play there.

Thanks again!

Good luck all!:)

For the record, if you use our link, it takes you to the proper page to download (bodoglife.com).
