So I wanted to sign up to Cards Chat and get some advice on an incident that has happened to me at 888poker client.
I was playing regularly at various stakes micro, low, medium and then I took some big losses and decided to personally close my account. My decision to close not 888 clients ok?
So anyway, a couple weeks go by - and of course I wanted to play again so I set up a new account with almost the same name - but before I deposited I spoke with the LIVE CHAT agent to specifically make sure that there would be no cause for concern in regards to the previously closed account associated with me.
And the LIVE CHAT agent - Saadique was his screen name - said YES you can set up the account and everything will be fine.
I of course, wanting to really confirm this wont be an issue rephrased the question to make sure there was no miscommunication and I said "So, I will be able to deposit and withdraw and just to the regular verification ID routine and start playing with no problems?"
The answer was yes. So I go ahead and toil away to deposit some funds.... I verify my ID and then I even get the "quick response verification confirmation" saying im ready to play. Last night I played some PLO 5 heads up for 5 dollar buy in and made some money....
NOW - this morning I wake up to this email.

This is the Operations Team at 888poker and we are contacting you with regards to your account with username "*********" <-- (my name is blocked for privacy.)
As this account is related to other account(s) that have been closed across our network, your membership has been suspended.
If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact us.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please refrain from opening any new accounts with us, as these will also be closed and any deposits may not be returned.

So what can I do - I responded promptly and its been about 3 hours and still have not yet heard a response.... I had deposited 145 USD into the account! Only because the agent said this exact scenario would NOT OCCUR?
What happens to my funds? What happens to my account?
