I withdrew $1000 from Full Tilt via Premium bank wire on July 1st. This withdrawal method is supposed to take 5 business days. It is now Wednesday the 22nd and not only have I NOT received my money, but Full Tilt customer service won't do anything about it.

I have been emailing them for about 10 days and probably have sent 7 emails. I finally got a response that basically told me that I must be making a mistake, the money is probably there. I have checked twice daily since the 9th and nothing has shown up.

This is not the first problem I have had with FT customer service. They seem to have alot of lazy people who don't want to help their customers.

I really enjoy playing there for many reasons but these issues really concern me.

What can I do?

So, this is not your first problem with FT poker, but you still kept doing business with them. You get what you deserve.
Your money is gone? Shame. You probually would have lost it in poker anyway. you dont sound very smart.

back to the question at hand sometimes it takes a while for tilt to pay out sometimes a week and the longest I heard was over a month. My brother in law cashes about oncea month and it varies I would keep up on it tho and wish u luck keep all documentation that u havereceived and sent and you may want to think about canging rooms if it causes to much tilt on ya:)

First of all, they can sometimes take a while to pay out, the longest i have heard is 3 weeks but i have been told it could be as many as 5/6 weeks. hopefully you will receive it all in good time and can go on to spend your hard earned money.

Secondly, why would anyone join a forum and then abuse people? It isn't like you can post without being a member, so why take the time to register then abuse?

You obviously won that money as you can't get a $1000 free bankroll, so, well done mate, i hope you do even better in the future, and hope you receive it all. As Bobsay said, keep a full document history of any transactions you make, as at the end of the day, if it doesn't pay out, then it is theft. Good luck again and i hope you get you money soon.

Full Tilt emailed me today, again claiming that the transaction has been processed already but refused to provide any proof. They asked me for a copy of my bank statement which I provided.

No matter what the issue seems to be, they want to blame me instead of doing their jobs and fixing the problem. As much as I love how many PLO tables there are at any given hour, and the tournaments, I will never play there again once this is straightened out.

DrOne, make sure you call your bank first before complaining to FullTilt. I am the wire specialist at the bank I work for and FullTilt has probably done everything correctly in their power. If FullTilt completes a wire request, once that wire leaves their institution their isnt really anything they can do about it. Call your bank and see if they received a wire in for the amount in question. Some banks like to hold wire funds from unknown/foreign origins due to OFAC and compliance regulations, so the money might just be chillin at the bank waiting for the benficiary to come forward and claim it.

Edit: Forgot to tell you, if your bank claims they never recieved it, get a written statement from your bank's representative and send that to FT, this should be proof enough that FT needs to do some more investigating.

Is this your first withdrawal? I believe my friends first withdrawal took atleast 2 months after giving Full Tilt everything they needed. They ended up giving him $10 for the trouble while he was still waiting a month into it.

I did a withdrawal from FT last month. I had them send me a check. I had to verify a few simple things and the check came in about 7 days. No problem cashing it either. I think FT has a 800#, so try calling. X

No, It's the first one in several months. I took about a 6 month break from poker. Was working way too much to play.

Hopefully it will get worked out soon, it's just incredibly frustrating

I tried finding a number and even asked the customer service for a phone number. They never gave me one, so I assumed there was not one. If you have the number please do share. It would be much appreciated.

Very well said, lol

I would not worry it will work out. Full tilt has a good reputation for customer service and I am sure dealing with impatient ppl cashing out everyday with the where is my money thing. I am sure once they see you in fact have not received it and the account was correct they will rectify the situation.

Good luck:)
