can sportsbetting poker and bol run at the same time im tryin to play on both at same time

i think they share the same player pool? Like they are merged together and the same tournaments exist on both sites but you can only play on 1 at a time. could be wrong but i know some sites are like this. might be ACR and sports betting, i forgot i am sorry.
