Grosvenor poker

Hi there, this is one for UK players. What is everyones experience of grosvenor poker site ? I have played the site on 5-6 occasions. I have never known insane luck against me on a site like this it feels like video poker where the dealer always has you beat . I know its poker but every time you have top pair opponent have you out kicked etc higher straight better two pair..get it in preflop with Kings villain
