We spent 4 days at my favorite casino last week. The Coushatta in Kinder La. they already have great promos, high hand and aces cracked on weekdays. Now they have added another. Poker bingo. There is a board with the bingo slots filled in with hands that are hard to beat. The quads filled in early, left are the str8 flushes and Royals. Each square you hit wins money. Extra if you complete a bingo line with your hand. The last square in the cover all wins thousands (5?), in addition to each line of bingo it completes.
As promotions go, this is a winner for the casino. it comes out of bad beat money, of course, so costs the casino nothing. And it is packing em in! Usually, on a weekday, there is one table starting by 9am. At noon, when the aces cracked or high hand begins, there used to be two tables. Now there are four tables by 9am!! When it gets down to that last hand, I predict a full room!
