God I hate the new BCP software

Seriously the most non aesthetically pleasing layout since the old Absolute Poker client.
The whole tournament tab opening a seperate window, the fact that its hard to keep track of your tourney info (like position and how many entrants are left), the fact that everything is lagged like seeing your updated balance, I could go on and on.
I don't know why we play there it is border line unbearable.

First of all if you dont want to play at Black Chip you dont have to. I admit there software is not as good as some other sites but they do have faster cashouts. When you try to cash out at Merge it takes at least two months which in my opinion is unacceptable.

They had a preview pic of the new pending software update. it looked pretty nice, kind of a mix between PS/FT. Not sure of when they plan on releasing. but hopefully will be soon.

I'm still waiting on a HM2 update to try the site out.

i dont like it either,i cant wait till they get the new look, clubs and spades are so hard to distinguish also they need more tourneys better and lower guarantees im sure bcap,acr will make it better

Actually, I AM forced to play there. They did not ask me if I wanted my money sent to another merge site. I would have said YES. So now I have a bankroll on BC too small to cash out, and be damned if I am going to just abandon it to them. That new software update can't come too soon. I am going blind trying to read names and amounts on the tables. Why they have all that huge empty felt and letters too small to read at the seats is a mystery. And all I will ever play there is CardsChat tournaments, because they never have players at the tables I want to play (limit games)

You can also download a free trial of PokerTracker to play on ACR. HEM has been saying it has been on their list to support ACR since last year. They are very busy sucking up to Euro clients with worthless updates and gadgets that make the software bloating while sticking it to US Players who have wanted ACR supported forever.

HEM2 is a disaster from what I have seen so far. They can barely get the stuff that is straightforward to work properly

I initially put in for a WD on BC on nov.1st, then again on Nov.13th. After getting the runaround from support, then finally getting things straightened away (ie. like 're'-verifying my account) I put in the same WD again on Dec.10th (it stated it was a 'success'). I've still received NOTHING! (& this was via skrill which is typically fast on all sites). Still waiting to hear from them

ditto ^ (I've been attempting to WD everything but a few buyins for CC games)

Honestly, I've only really ever found withdrawing from a poker site straight forward and fast on pokerstars and other UK based gambling sites, stan james for example.

All these other merge/winner network etcetc just seem to be a long drawn out process..

I also agree the software suucsk!!

Received a reply today from BCP. They've apologized for the delays, explaining it was as a result of their merge with WinningNetwork. Then they asked me to request 'another' cashout (what happened to the last one?).

I like Merge way more than Winning Network, but Winning has improved a lot in the past few months, from the days it was called Yatahay, back then, it was really bad: layout, avatars, cards, sounds, everything.

I hope they take away that the chat in the game is that weird color green too,when they do their updates. very hard to see.They need to add a bit more poker there to play., too.

Im not a fan of it either. I dont like the fact how traffic is low in the stud h/l and omaha. There is no 7 low draw or badugi either. Best part is the fast cash outs tho. I also cant wait for the sports section to be done.

BCP move to WPN + Xmas + Merge Consolidations = recipe for consumer confusion.
