GlobalPoker - Might Actually Be Rigged

Let me preface this by saying I'm currently up about $120 on GlobalPoker (frequent cashouts)
I have been doing some research with regards to GlobalPoker. I have been playing poker for years and understand the ridiculous swings of poker and variance pretty well. I've had plenty of unlucky runs and even more lucky ones.

So when I started to go through these swings on GlobalPoker I thought nothing of it, but there is nowhere I have played (and I have played in several online and live locations/platforms) where it seem to happen as algorithmicly and suspiciously than on this site. Upon doing further research, it seems that MANY others have claimed the same (disproportionate to other sites)

I know that most people that make these claims simply misunderstand variance, but with GP, you seem to make money when you make deposits or have relatively low cash.

Building up a bankroll on GP is ridiculously easy. The tables are incredibly soft. However, it seems that once you get to a certain point you find you literally can't win much of anything. I'm talking getting 1 outed for a straight on the river with an all in bet in excess of 10 times in an hour or two.

Just wanted to post this as a caution and warning to all GlobalPoker users and see if I can get feedback to confirm or disconfirm this. Hopefully someone out there might be able to record their hands there and do a statistical analysis to confirm these suspicions.

Or maybe I'm just on an ungodly bad run. who knows.

Can you download your hand histories from Global Poker? If the answer is no, then players do for sure have less protection against cheating from other players or the site itself.

I've been playing on Global for over a year. I've played on FT, Stars, JetSet, Absolute, Empire, Party, etc. etc. etc. They ALL have this happen at one time or another. I've deposited on Global and have done well. I've also done poorly. I've done well after a cash out, and done poorly. As you stated, it's variance and probability at play

I gave Global Poker allot of action at one point but there lack of rake back and general bonuses eventually lead to me leaving. There software is/was buggy at times but I don't feel as if they are rigged. They always cashed me out with no issues and I have a couple decent size cashout requests running into the thousands.

Global Poker - Rigged

My experience at Global has always been the same; run ok and get up and then run so bad and see the most ridiculous calls and run outs that just make you scratch your head. For awhile I was playing the Jackpot SnG, was consistently playing with the mostly the same players but was noticing I never saw the names that were winning these supposed jackpots. Enter the day the WizOfAZ wins the first $40k ($20 buy in) jackpot. Odd that he was the winner...why? What are the chances that the guy that is plastered all over Globals Facebook ads is the same guy that happens to be at the table when the only time that jackpot hit and wins it?!

Global Poker

So far. Very very happy with the site. Everyone seems to be actual living breathing people. Tournaments set up like casino tourneys including 1 rb 1 add-on events! Small fields. Payouts work well and are quick. Happy happy happy so far. Loose weak opponents for the most part as well. No weird hands I cannot explain no hero calling all in bot play hitting runner runner multiple hands in a row.

So far the site is legit. Hey if it all goes to heck so be it but I won't step foot into another online site. BetOnline , SB, Bovada none of em except this one.

People can laugh away but unless you tried it, you can't say anything. Watch for the Zynga poker all in players early In the tournament! Play gets better close to the final table.

Interesting I found this. I was actually just thinking about how they aren’t even good at cheating. Super users for sure. I know some people are really dumb, and some people tilt, some are just gambling addicts on tilt that are dumb, plus there is variance. But the shit on global, lol, it’s so blatantly obvious it’s not legit, you would think they would try to cover it up a little more. And for the record I have cashed out, I have won thousands there, but it’s legitimately bad. Rigged 100%. At least other sites I have to question if it’s legit, this site there is no question.

Ive been spending most of my time on Global. The downside is theres no bonuses or what have you. But the small fields and smaller buy-ins are why I continue to play here.

We will start there... prior to my 30K JP SnG win in July 4, 2019 I had won a trophy in the 1st series Global Poker promoted Eagle Series. A promotion of their series called Hometown Heros allows the winner of any of their 100+ events to receive a Global Hat, Shirt and trophy. The winners have numerous ways to use those items to receive free Sweeps Coins. One way that I took advantage of was if you win a Hendon Mob reported Live tournement and took a picture of yourself wearing their gear you will receive $1000 Sweeps Coin. So the only thing Global used of me on Facebook was the photo of me winning a live event. Then months later I won the 30K for 1st place in the 40K JP Sng. Now that was plastered on Facebook for what seemed to be forever. But I have no control over that. In fact when they offered to send me a 5' Large 30K Check to take my picture I declined. Since that time I have won and received a 2nd $1000 SC for winning another Live tourney but anyone can take advantage of that.

So if you think Global somehow rigs it so I win more than you then you are mistaken. I am certain I play a lot more than Mtt's than 95% of the players on the site and therefore have experienced more variance than the avg player.

I haven't played on any other site since before Black Friday but I did pretty decent on FullTilt and pokerstars. Hendon Mob is pretty decent. What's your point?

They definitely aren't global as their name reflects. U.S. and canada only. Yes they have multiple daily Freerolls.

Well there it is. You caught me. PokerStars isn't showing results btw but you can tell by my ability score of 80 that I ran better there than the other networks. sharkscope also doesn't/didnt track all the other sites that I played on like Bugsy's Room.. This is what I can tell you... I won about 13K on avg playing mainly $5-$20 Mtts from 2006 to 2010 from online poker. You can believe it or not I really don't care.

So since you were a loser on Global I presume your theory is their RNG is rigged to favor players like me? Let's hear it. Get it out.

I’m sure it’s just a coincidence that you were a losing player on FT and PS and all of the sudden killing it on Global, I’m sure you just studied real hard and watched a lot of YouTube videos. Yet, you don’t play brick and mortar games? Why?

I told you I've always been a winning player. I did some digging and here are accurate stats for those years that are line with what I've said.
