Beware of global poker I requested a cash out last week after playing for about a month on the site I had run up a nice profit and looked to make my first withdraw. I provided all the necessary info and they approved my request within a day. That was the Friday before last. As of now the funds have not been transferred and when after being instructed by my bank to request a trace id number or reference number for the transaction I was told they would provide one as soon as they got that info from their payments team. I have since emailed asking when I could expect a response with no answer. I’m very disappointed with the sudden lack of customer service and the fact that this seems unimportant for them to resolve.
