Getting Back in the Game

I have decided to rejoin the poker world and get started online again. Can anyone recommend the best sites for a US, non Nevada or NJ resident to play on that are legitimate and have a process for both depositing and withdrawing? I used to play on Poker Stars, Full Tilt and a couple others but had to give up after the ban for US players. I have tried a few sites here and there but most seem a bit shady to me.

I have started playing there but an not really excited with it. I have had some of the worst bad beats that I care to think about. I am concerned when I 4 bet with AA and get called by someone holding 93 OS and they flop a set or two pair over and over. I have lost with QQ KK and AA at least a dozen times in the past week alone from sketchy calls.
