Was just wondering...… If you play a guaranteed tournament on a poker network with multiple poker clients, and it does not reach the guarantee..... Then who has the pay the remainder of the guarantee? Does the network pay? Do the poker rooms pay? If poker rooms pay, then how is it divided evenly when the majority of players typically play on the biggest site of the network. I also don't think its fair for the network to pay when such associated poker rooms cant bring in enough players to meet the guarantee. Does anyone know how this works?

A guaranteed prize pool means that if the tournament does not accumulate enough participants, the cash prize payment will be calculated from this pool. When the entrances are used, the prize pool is replenished and, consequently, the amount of payments increases. There are various tournaments on any poker site, some are more popular than others. The declared guarantee, as it were an advertisement of the tournament and at the same time speaks of the solidity of the room. Thus, the organizer of the tournament provides the guaranteed prize money, this follows from the announcement of the tournament. And it does not matter whether it's a network or an independent room, the guarantee remains so in any case.

So, what I think you said is the network pays the guarantee. And the poker rooms are not responsible.
