funds missing from bcp

i just logged in first time since the updte to hop into one of the ON DEMAND mtts and surprise surprise i get a message saying i have insufficient funds...anyone else get this?

A lot of people have had that problem. Contact the ACR Rep here and see if he can resolve it for you.

someone needs to i was told i'd get an email within 5 minutes, it's been an hour...no email

I was initially thinking of depositing into ACR but I've decided to wait until all of their software updating is complete and the site is up and running as normal again. I suggest you do the same.
