Fulltilt's ban for Bulgaria

Hellow friends. I am from Bulgaria and i find it very mean to be banned from real money games in Fulltilt poker. Whats the deal? Does someone know? And maybe.. when will that be fixed? I have money there...

if you have money there , then def you will be allowed to either transfer the money from fulltilt to pokerstars or to withdraw it.
