Have you guys noticed that weekly freerolls at FTP are again with cash prizes 250$ bucks each... no more new to game RGT or new to game tournament tickets...

It seems that now daily freerolls are now again worth of time for someone who wanna build a bankroll from scratch!!!!

Yes, I also saw today. That finally changed his mind and did the normal weekly tournament as pokerstars with the normal prize pool. Tickets for me wasted time.. :)

Just noticed this myself, hopefully it might bring a bit more traffic through FTP & hopefully some quite soft traffic at that... Also it will provide another hope for me to bring my bankroll back from brink after i suffer one of my inevitable cashflow collapses, without having to put my hand into my pocket.
Either way, more free money floating about is always a good thing!

And ya know what is good, i guess that most people didnt noticed yet, so last night at 02,40 freeroll had 700 participants competing for 200 tickets...
Back in good days tickets freeroll had 4-5k people at peek hours and 150 cash freeroll had 7.5k people almost every time...

as for the bankroll, yea, its good to know that we have backup plan...

I suppose there are many better bankroll building ways online.

It's weird that Full Tilt doesn't have something similar to Pokerstars' Astronomer freerolls. After all, both sites are run by the same company.

It's easy to get a ticket to Pokerstars' Weekly Round 2 ($2k guaranteed) if you play anything except Hubble's satellite (the NLHE satellite). Hardly anyone plays games like 2-7 Triple Draw, so it's pretty easy to get a ticket in those games. If you play in Hubble's Satellite, you have to face a field that is 10x larger for only 2x more WR2 tickets.

In the Weekly Round 2, the field is roughly 7-8k people, with 700-800 places paid. Minimum cash is $1.10, and the winner gets $215.

What's the minimum payout on the Full Tilt weekly freeroll? I haven't played there since Black Friday.
