Please complain to support@fulltiltpoker.com and get them to increase their happy hour times or at least go back to the way it was. I emailed them the following and they responded saying feedback is important blah blah blah:

Why have the rush poker happy hour times been reduced?
Happy hour used to be between 1500 to 1700, 1800 to 1830, and 2200 to 00 times
and right now it's 1pm and I noticed no smiley face in the rush lobby
but it is happy hour for the ring games. You just had that great rush week promotion
to hopefully get new players to rush, but now you have taken away an incentive to play
by reducing the happy hour times. It looks like wednesday between noon and 2pm
won't be happy hour time either for rush:

Jul 27 15:00 - Jul 27 17:00
Ring Game
Jul 27 18:00 - Jul 27 18:30
Rush Poker
Jul 27 21:00 - Jul 27 21:30
Rush Poker
Jul 27 23:00 - Jul 28 01:00
Late Night
Jul 28 03:00 - Jul 28 03:30
Rush Poker
Jul 28 06:00 - Jul 28 08:00
Early Morning
Jul 28 12:00 - Jul 28 12:30
Rush Poker
Jul 28 15:00 - Jul 28 17:00
Ring Game

I used to love the noon to 2pm pacific time happy hour.
Also it looks like the 8 to 10pm pacific time happy hours
for ring and rush are completely gone.

Thanks,
JosephShowdown

Hello Joseph ,

Thank you for your feedback.

We are sorry you are unhappy with our changes and we'll consider the Rush Happy Hour Schedule on full tilt poker. We encourage you to always let us know ways we can improve your online poker experience, as many of our features were created based on feedback from our players.

I`m impressed that you got a reply which suggests that they actually read your email. Full Tilt support is usually neither full nor supportive, but does engender tilt. ;)

And while people are at it...push them to roll out the improved ironman program they have been talking about for a long time now

The current system is a joke. If you multi-table .10/.25, .50/1.00 regularly, it is super easy to qualify at most levels for it. I qualified 'iron' the other day and now i have 5-6 more days of playing for no real bonus at all. And the tiny amount of medals they give for 500+ ftp points is a joke relative to the amount of rake they are collecting, versus the cost of items in the iron man store for medals.

I've never compared ironman to the Stars equivalent, but i've heard good things about Stars. It's time they roll out something that rewards their regular players more.

Yeah I got the response in 40 minutes :) I checked my inbox and was shocked it was waiting there. I've been at least bronze for almost 2 years now and this year with rushpoker have been the iron ironman level every month. Finished the $600 midyear bonus during rush week and got a $250 rush week bonus. I don't know what the stars equivalent is, but I think you have to be supernova before any big time rewards happen. I've been goldstar on stars every month this year and play their turbo takedowns, 30k weekly freerolls, 100k monthly and did 1 quarterly million freeroll. I cleared some of those tiered $50 vpp bonuses, but for me fulltilt pays better bonuses - plus I have 27pct rakeback on ftp.

You americans should know better than me that after the UIGEA has been put into effect the turnout has reduced. Not only it is actually more elaborate to deposit and withdraw but some acted in prevention taking out part of the money from their accounts. I am not surprised if bonuses and promotions are cut down a little and won't be as generous as the recent years, with less money circulating it is a natural evaluation and infact it is what is happening.

At NL2 or 5, PS rakes about 75% of what FT does, so with rakeback it's damn near the same. However I wouldn't get any volume at all w/o rush, so I am where I am.
