Hey guys. I currently play on four networks: WPN, intertops, FullFlush, and BetOnline. I can't play on Bovada or Merge as I live in New York.
I've never had any connection issues with Tops or WPN. I just started playing on FullFlush and BetOnline about two weeks ago and progressively, things have gotten worse. I am constantly dealing with the software crashing, being disconnected from the network, and having massive periods of lag. The action will freeze, I'll be kind of "timed out" for 5-15 seconds, and then the action will speed up super fast and "catch up" to what I missed. Often times, this results in me folding my hand or losing a hand that I was in the middle of.
Last night, I placed 2nd in a 6max Turbo SNG when I should have placed first. The blinds were up to 4,000/2,000 and I got dc'd with the one other guy left and was blinded down about 12,000 chips.
Of course, both networks insist they're not having any issues and the problem has to be on my end. The fact is that my internet connection is great, I've tested it extensively, and I have no trouble with any other programs or sites. I was told that the software for both of these networks runs off of Adobe Flash player and I have updated and checked this plugin, as well as Java, extensively also. Everything is fine on my end.
Anyone else having trouble with these networks? Is this just me? What can I do about this other than just only play on WPN and Tops?
Thanks
