Full Tilt - Where are the buttons?

So, I' mainly a PS mand but have just downloaded FTP and I can't see any buttons. So for instance to register for a SNG when I choose which one I want the button to register is the same colour as the background so I have to click wildly to hit it!! Any ideas what I can do to resolve this?

you can change the background in the options...

Does this happen on every single one?

By the looks of things your on Vista.... Have you tried entering a tournament or something?

Yeah, I'm on Vista. I doesn't seem to matter what screen I'm in on or where in the lobby I am - all the buttons match the background!

Hmm, never seen this before, I hope you have already emailed full tilt and are just trying to get a quicker answer here since their support is so slow and sometimes never.

Could be a Java issue or similar. Check your updates in Vista.

You could always re-install it if all else fails.

I'm using Vista w/o any probs, using standard lobby view. Did you download from .net or .com (I downloaded from .com).

M33K3R - Yes, I have tried re-installing. No luck
Bazerk - I downloaded from .com and am using standard lobby view - have tried all the others too.

This a really bizarre problem... Mmmmm.... One other question what happens if you look at a real money games/Tournaments? Or a Freeroll?

Same thing I'm afraid, Sharky...! Can someone post a screen shot of their lobby? Just the main view I wanna compare.

To be honest I you need to wait for FTP Support to come back to you...

The only other thing I can think of have you installed Adobe Flash player?

Yeah, mate. I think you're right. Yep, I have all the latest versions of everything installed.

Will let you know what FTP support say.

Looks like I have FTP support scratching their heads too...they're response suggestions for fixing the bug had no help...I'd really like to see a screenshot from someone else as the colours in my lobby are so whacked that I'm convinced they shouldn't be like that.

If you read up mate you'll ses I've already tried that.

About 10 emails back and forth and no further forward...

I am having the same type of problem. I cant see any buttons on the game. Like get chips, time button, last hand. etc. I just got a new computer with Vista (waiting on my win7 upgrade disc to arrive) and its frustrating as hell. I hadn't updated Java but did that and no success. What is going on? Pstars works just fine.

I uploaded a screen shot so if anyone can help pls give me some advice. Thanks.

sweet updating java was definitely the problem, rebooted on break and all my buttons are visible. THanks to the guy that said to update java.
