I've played on Full Tilt for a long time and after reading these forums saw that bodog was a good site as well, deposited some money there and started playing. I've found competition to be WAY worse at bodog than Full Tilt and was wondering if everyone else felt the same way?

I've entered a few tourneys the last few days and havent placed worse than 2nd in any sit and gos and havent been out of the money in any mtts.

Well, I do not play at Full Tilt, but here is something I wrote about Bodog a while back:

The thing about BODOG is it is a gambling site! You can bet on Football, baseball, horses....all sports I guess, there is a Casino and a poker room. They are NOT seperate sites. So what is happening there is people are winning $ in the other areas ie.... sports betting and the casino and bringing it right to the poker rooms and dumping it to us!:D

My problem and the reason I don't have a Bodog account is Iwould do the exact oppposite. I would win some money playing poker, and then turn around and dump it back to the site betting on sports.

Yes, Bodog is noticeably juicier than FT.

It can be a problem if you are the kind of player who gets wound up by bad beats, because there are a lot of fools there who will happily chase their draw whatever the situation, which is generally a good thing but hurts when they hit.

I have never played at full tilt, but play at bodog atleast an hour every day and the small stakes there is pretty bad. People chase flush draws to the end it seems no matter what size bet you put out and you will get called down with low pair sometimes even ace high. Dont bother bluffing at pots and only play good hands and you should be fine.

Just opened a Bodog account for myself today; won the 1st $5=.50 SnG I entered. Also, just won $25 playin' aat a .10-.25 Omaha8 table on FT. So, right now, they's both A-Ok with me.

Im not fond of Bodog's software. I've admittedly won money there, the SnG's are a real hunting ground. FT is great, so long as I leave the silly avatars turned off I do pretty well there.

Well i play in both sites and i guess that i would say that they are both good sites. I really like playing the SnG tourneys best.
