Full Tilt Transfers

Yesterday, june 30th, I made 6 money transfers on Full Tilt. The moneys were deducted from my account, anad a confirmation window poppped up.

I have found out that none of these people recieved their funds.

One person told me that he had something simillar happen to him

Admittedly, these funds were all transfered within 5 minutes of each other, and possably it might have caused some sort of internal problem at FT.

If it had, I thought they might have at least emailed me an explaination, but they haven't.

Anyone else ever experience this problem there?:mad:

Did you have the correct starting letter of their hometowns as the security check?

Also I've noticed that when I transfer some money to a friends account when I played, that it did take some time to go through, usually 15 mins or so. Seems like you might have raised a red flag, especially if you entered an incorrect letter.

I'd guess that 6 transfers flagged it as suspicious so they may have it marked for special review before the deposit into the other accounts.

If you didn't receive any emails something went wrong. You should get 2 emails for each transfer. One saying it being processed and one saying it's been processed. Sounds like you'll just need to wait to hear back from support.

Never had a problem transferring, but never tried six within minutes.

That can't be right. they need that letter for confirmation reasons and have had it since I've been playing FT (4 years)

So save all the emails, paste them all together and If you don't get a reply back from support in 2 days,(FT support is infuriatingly slow) send them all the confirmation emails you recieved and start from there.

Also, did all the friends you transferred to have a good deposit/withdrawl history?, because I believe that is required for player to player transfers.

You don't enter the hometown letter, they show it to you.

Also he said he didn't get any confirmation emails.

That's right, they show it and you confirm it. And if he got no confirmation emails....well then I dunno.

This is far more than the money concerned.

It really makes me look bad to those I told I would ship money to!!

OK. Maybe some one can tell me a little something here. Ease my mind a little, if you will.

I have hac three emails from FT about this.

One said they have recieved my complaint. The other said they had passed it on tho the proper section. The last one I got today said Thank you for your pasience (I never could remember how to spell that properly).

So, my question is, Doesanyone know how long it might be before this might get taken care of?

I'm guessing its what SP said they just flagged them because it was 6 transferts so close together once they check it out you should be fine. You do know these people that you transfered to I hope because if any of them have any problems it could cause a problem with your account.

I don't think it's going to be a problem with the people. They were all the judges in the MM contest and lektikguy, who one.

It's why I'm so ticked. These peeps all deserved the funds. Also, it makes me look kinda bad.

Don't worry about it as far as me...like I told you I'm not worried. If anything it makes FT look bad in my eyes.
