So I notice in my account at Full Tilt I have a $25 Casino Chip...

I decided to have a dabble on the roulette, I'm not a Roulette fan really but a friend of mine plays it daily and fails to lose <so he says> So I thought I'd try his system...

I increased the value by 10% after about 30 mins play... To be able to cash the Casino Chip you need to wager a certain amount... turns out the amount is $2500 and then the max you can convert to cash is only $50... Chances of that seem close to zero to me...

Anyway, What really upset me was, cos I was investing in money that was not really mine I was quite happy to use a martingale type system doubling up in order to win... I hit a run that almost wiped the $25 token and my real cash bankroll ! Turns out that when entering the roulette table your bets are taken from the casino chip, but if you exhaust it ! It will then switch over to your cash bankroll...

I thought it was a bit sneaky of them to let you play with a token that was not real money and allow you to just wipe out your real bankroll if you were not paying attention...

I transferred my bankroll to pokerstars and told Full Tilt what I thought of their little scheme via email... they replied back via auto-response thanking me for my valued feedback... LOL... Whatever !

Yep you've got to be careful with anything that's free, there's always a catch somewhere, well apart from CC freerolls that is. I was lucky with my 1st casino chip ran it up from $10 to over $60, if I remember right I moved some of that money over to stars, about a month later got another casino chip and luckily enough noticed that my BR started going down after I used the chip.

martingale system is pretty dangerous dude especially if you play online(i had seen black or red color come for 15 time a lot of time),you can win up to certain amount and lost everything the next day.My advice is STAY AWAY from online roulette and stick to poker if you want to maintain a healthy bankroll.

Yes I agree 100% ! Martingale is flawed otherwise everybody who played Roulette would be a millionaire... <Only played cos it was a free token>

I was just bitching about the sneaky way Full Tilt attached hard earned bank roll to a worthless token !

Sneaky So and Sos.. :)

So where did you think the money came from once you exhausted the chip?

I never actually exhausted the chip... <One doubled up bet away>

This was the point I noticed I had more money to wager than just the $25 token...
