Hello,
I'm a microstakes player at FT and was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the rush tickets. I have a ticket ($5), that I built up to $15 in a session but I was under the impression if you went over the ticket value it would overflow into your cashier. Instead it just increases the ticket value. Is there anyway to transfer it over as this basically makes the rush tickets useless except for earning FTPs and I guess attempting a higher stakes level but that relies entirely on how much money you have on the ticket. So are they just useless?
Thanks in advance
Oli

You need to actually leave the table and rejoin.

I have, it just says I have $15 in the cashier on my $5 ticket and upon entering a table for $5 takes $5 of the total on the ticket. Leaving $10.There seems to be no way to actually get the money across..

I have been using tickets for almost 2 years and they function correctly. Make a screenshot.

Hey, can you see them alright? The top one shows the $5 rush ticket with a balance of $14.41 then the second one shows $9.41 after entering a 5nl rush for $5.

You must play the ticket and earn some dollars then leave and you see that the dollars you win went to your account .Play several times to make it real dollars all the ticket it is simple.

What I know from my experience, the excess would go directly to your cashier.

nsinalis11- So the more I play on the ticket the cash will transfer across?

hffjd2000- I thought that was how it was going to work too. It just stays on the ticket balance however.

i´ve got the same impression, that´s why i never use them, actually i don´t play cash, and i have not found any way to use this money to play tourneys

there are some freerolls that award those tickets so i avoid them since

I don't know about the rush tickets but the RGT tickets transfer everything over the ticket value to your cash account.
So say you have a $5 RGT ticket and you run the cash total to $8. As soon as you leave that table the additional $3 goes to your cash account and the $5 RGT ticket goes back into your ticket account There is a way to clear these tickets by playing raking so much but I don't remember that part.
Good luck

Thats what happend when i get them although recently when i got them i lost the $5
When you leave table exceess goes into account and when you go back on table you start with $5 again

You earn Full Tilt points to release them and have a week to earn them i think or you will lose the ticket

This has never happened to me.

Maybe its the type of ticket, but I don't think so, cause even on the site it says that the Ticket never goes back over the original value & that any cash above that goes to your account.

Maybe ask FT support about it. I would love to here the answer too.

I have won many of ring games ticket in fulltilt poker, so let's take an example; i have won 10$ on my ticket ( primary value is 5$ ), and now the value of the ticket is 15 but on the cashier you will get 5$ for ticket and 10$ cash, but when you return playing with the ticket , if you loose some money , it's from the cash that will be deduced, exemple, you loose 3$ so you will get 7 cash and 5 ring game ticket.
The only solution that i have found is to take money out of fulltilt ( transfert to pokerstars or withdraw ) or simply register in a tournament at fulltilt and unregister after; in this way, i will play with my ring game ticket and if i loose , i will loose my ticket not my cash.
Hope this will be helpful

Wow. I am amazed how many people can't grasp such a simple tool.
