Full Tilt Take 2 Promotion

They're doing another Take 2 promotion, starting tomorrow. You have to register for it before hand, and you can get cash bonuses for playing 5 out of the 10 days or all 10 out of 10 days.

I guess this is a good thing. Two-tabling fishes are probably even worse than when they play a single table.

Yeah this is great, it will increase the fishes substantially. Not even taking into account they will be worse 2 tabling, there will be twice as many of the ones that are.

This is great. I can multi table 2NL for 10 days and add a substantial amount to my bankroll.

Is there any restrictions? As far as i understand, i can play 2 tables at micro limits for 2 mins a day for the next 10 days and get an extra 20 dollars? Thats some easy money for a lot of people.

It certainly seems so. $25 even if you play all 10 days. I read the fine print, you only have to earn 1 full tilt point per day playing at least two tables. For people playing micros, that's a decent amount of change.

$5 for just any 5 out of 10 days, and an extra $20 for all 10 days. If you play during happy hour, you can get that 1 point playing microstakes for less than 20 minutes, especially at 2 tables. And that does not mean you need to play every hand. Tell you the truth, I found 3 tabling to be no problem, even though I usually do just 1, max 2 - as long as it isn't a stud game like Razz. I'm going to try for every day. Got my requirement in today, so will do the Happy Hour after midnight to count for tomorrow. It does sound like a sweet deal.

You'd think they'd add as many tables as needed. You should've come over to the Omaha HL tables. There's always room. :laugh: One thing I don't get though. There will be 5 empty tables at the same stakes, yet the 4 full tables will have 1 - 3 on the waiting list. Are people scared to sit down at a new table for fear 1 bully will sit down and keep raising pot? Well, I got up nice & early today and got 5 points outta the way.

I'm gonna give it a go. I usually 4 table NLO/8 evreyday so this is no problem.

So far I'm a big 2 for 2 in this.

While I hate FT I'm not passing up a free $25.

I even wrote myself a post it note and stuck it to the monitor to remind me to play long enough to get 1 point at least.

I'm kind of considering moving down to 25nl on April 13th. There will be so many fishes with an extra $25 to spare it should be incredibly juicy...

I had a $0 balance, but won $2 in a freeroll the day before the promo began. I'm going to play NL .01-.02 all ten days if my bankroll holds up. So far I've played the first two days and am up to $5.53. You only have to play until you earn one FTP minimum, so for us broke people, a $25 bonus is a hell of a deal. I hope to have $40 when this promo is done! If I follow Chris Ferguson's rules of bankroll management, who knows? $0 to $10,000? I watched his training video on FT Poker Academy, and that's exactly how he did it at Full Tilt.

Lots of nits playing who are scared to bet at all and fold to any aggression.

Don't think I will be able to do all 10 days, but $5 extra for 5 days should be a piece of cake. I play a lot of ante games, so it is easy to rack up the points.

Well, if you didn't start Friday, the 1st day, it's too late. I was glad I just happened to find out Friday afternoon right before Happy Hour.

About the ante games.... If you simply ante, but don't call, does the rake in that hand count towards your points?? Hell, you could probably penny ante 15 - 20 hands at 2 micro-stakes razz table, and earn your point for the day. You wouldn't even have to play if you were too busy. Cost you $4 total over 10 days to make $25.

I am playing 2 tables of O/8 for an hour a day @ .5 .10. Got about 20 pts a day (missed friday) so going for the 5 day plan.

I don't see why not. Since the ante is considered part of the pot, I don't see how it could differentiate once the pot is raked. I have also found that I gained more points in ante games than non-ante games over the same period of time, similar stakes and everything.

Yeah this is a very beneficial program for all of us. Playing at .25/.5 NL 50 I can get 1 point in like....3 hands. As long as I can remember to log in all 10 days It'll be an easy $25. Not to mention the added Full Tilt Points I'm raking in. I believe I've gained an extra 600+ FTP's from this promotion already and am 3/3 of days played.

Woot FT just transferred me my first $5 from the promotion.

Grrrr - I forgot to play yesterday lol.
