Full Tilt support is a joke.
I've always played PokerStars
since I started with online gambling, but recently I won $16 off a CC freeroll (thank you CardsChat by the way ) and wanted to know how to process a transaction between FTP and PS, or withdraw from FTP altogether.
So I go to their website, where it says I need to deposit to be able to transfer/withdraw. They go into no details whatsoever if the deposits and withdraws you've made in PS account for anything or not, etc.
So I email their support email to ask for more clarity and I give a very detailed take on all this. They resent my e-mail to their security team. Yea, the security team
. And their security
team only replies after 8 hours. I'm assuming that's because they are not 24/7. They are operating in the EU, and they only start working at 9am, which is when I got my reply.
Anyways, this reply is just a short bullet point list, without any details whatsoever, but now they say I need to play with funds I deposit in order to transfer.
Once again I don't understand what they mean. Can I deposit $10, play a $.02 tournament, and that's it? Or do I have some "goal" (ie. Reach 10 FTP Player points before you are able to transfer money). So I sent them another email asking for more clarity... And that's it. It was over 14 hours ago, no reply. THE SECURITY TEAM
. PokerStars support always replied to me in less than 30 minutes. The general support. I assume their security team would be back to me almost instantly. Now this...
Maybe I am making a big deal out of nothing. But anyways FTP... No. Never again am I playing for more than a dime there. I'll contact PS regarding FTP from now on. And they're lucky I don't know who to turn from to write a legal complaint against them for bad client service (since all poker rooms in Portugal
are now registered as public companies).
