This is the sort of promo that I love... (starts 10.00 o'clock friday F/T time and runs for 48 hours).

The best part of this promo for me is the Leaderboard Structure...
Every 2 hours, the Leaderboards are reset, and the final Monthly leaderboard is based on your best 2 hour session.

Good luck Everyone, and what are your thoughts on this promo.

Not The monthly 1, ss, just the leaderboard for that 48 hours.

I like that it brings lots of droolers who don't know how to play SnGs to my regular games.

Pretty much this ^
Also notice in this promo (in the past) lots of players will drop down in buyin levels (the ones who are chasing the leaderboard anyways).
As far as the leaderboard race goes, in the past you'd have to REALLY crush on multi-tables to get even anywhere near close to placing on it.

I havent got any experience with this promo, it looked interesting to start with, but I noticed that there was a lot of 300 chip stack games getting played, (short but sweet gets the point rolling around). Plus the Super Turbos were just that, so the volume these tourneys provided, is too much for me.
I also didnt get to play the volume I wanted too. Its a long weekend in Australia, (and a wet 1 at that), and I had trouble just tring to fit in an hour of play... so I gave up, but, now I know what im in for.
And ... I also think I might be out of my league, I have only been playing since Oct 2010, and can only manage 6 tables at a time. Im hoping by the time this promo comes back around, I will have the experience and multi-tabling skills to give it a shot. :(

You also pretty much have to play the highest level games in a bracket to have a chance at the leaderboard, which I think is why so many players drop down - a $22+2 reg probably drops down to $11+1 for the duration because $11+1 is the top of the Group B bracket and they've got way more chance of topping a leaderboard there than they do playing at the bottom of Group C.

Anywho I think about 20th in one block at Group B was the best I managed, my second run at it got killed by the server crash.
