Full Tilt screwing me over.

So i came in first in one of the 100 ftp freerolls. I go to check out my balance and there is the 100 ftp were not added to my account. Has this happened to anyone before and what do you think will happen? I already sent emails to support.

ur suppose to unregister from the game u qualified for before u get the points in ur account..
