When you win a satellite on full tilt let's say a $24+2 9 man and the top two places pay entry into FTOPS will you have to play FTOPS or can you exchange it for tournament dollars?

pretty sure you can cash out for $T. Unless it says this is for a tournament ticket then you can just cash out.

You can cash it out into $T then, unless the FTOPS tourney has already started.

So if I unregister it won't just give me 1 FTOPS #1 (or whatever) tournament ticket right?

It will give the value of that entry to that tourney in FT Tourney dollars.

Assuming it's a $50 entry you are given 50 in T$s which u can use for any other tourneys, sngs and CC games

You will get $T when you unregister when you buy in with $T or real $. The only time you will get the ticket when you unregister is if you buy in with FTPs. In that case, you have to look at the lobby to see if you will get a tournament ticket, or a direct entry into the tournament (in which case you can unregister for FTPs instead of a ticket). These direct entry prizes are few and far between nowadays, but you can still find some when you are satelliting to win a seat into another satellite.

I don't think that anyone has mentioned that there is a 5% fee if you convert the tourney $'s into cash
