Hi all,

I'm just popping in to start a thread for any Full Tilt feedback you might want to give in this forum. I'm the Poker Room Manager at Full Tilt and can answer any questions you might have about our poker room offering and any potential changes/improvements you'd like to see. I can't promise instant responses, but I can promise I'll be reading the thread and replying when I can.

It's also worth noting that I'm not a part of customer support, so if you have any account specific questions, I'm afraid I won't be much help there.

As I really love tournament series and am a fan of the MTOPS and MiniFTOPS ,FTOPS as well but these are of course higher buy ins and I am no Chris Moorman

Did you ever consider a series like the Micromillions on PS? Something like a "MicroFTOPS". so buy ins as high as in the MTOPS but with more regular structures?

Before Black Friday I loved playing at FTP. Unfortunately since the relaunch I've really had a hard time warming up to it again. It seems like the site is just too gimmicky now. Damn near every tournament style game is some sort of "multi entry, turbo, rush, rebuy, 2 hour late reg, shootout something or other". Whatever happened to straight-up 27plr SNG's (my old game of choice, btw)? Or any other non gimmick games? Any plans to bring those back or has FTP just become a silly skin for pokerstars?

I really do enjoy FT and have been playing most days since its return. I do have a suggestion that I would love to see as an option when I play.

It would be great if FT offered more of the straight up lower stakes MTT like are offered at Pokerstars. Right now you can buy in for a few cents, but most are re buys or multi entry. As a player who enjoys the small stakes games, I'd love to see a few .10, .25 straight up tourneys/sit and goes with 45-360 players where a guys could win a few bucks and build a bankroll. Minimum one entry sit and goes at Full Tilt start at .55, nice to see a few smaller ones.

Yep, we considered it, but ultimately went with the MTOPS format. I don't think we could support a separate "MicroFTOPS" along with MTOPS, unfortunately, so for now we're sticking with MTOPS.

It seems like the site is just too gimmicky now. Damn near every tournament style game is some sort of "multi entry, turbo, rush, rebuy, 2 hour late reg, shootout something or other".

The somewhat recent tournament schedule overhaul removed a good number of "gimmick" tournaments (although some might argue "turbo" isn't a gimmick ). Although if you're mostly looking at off-peak times, we do still have a good number of RETs and METs to somewhat make up for the lack of player numbers.

They died, sadly. Believe me when I say that we don't remove anything that's still in any way popular.

I'd love to bring back anything that players want to play. As we start growing again (and yes, we do plan to grow again) it's quite possible we'll be bringing some old favorites back to life.

And by the way, if we were a "silly skin for PokerStars" we'd have a lot more players.

I see the email got to you, but the short answer is "yes, new software." There won't be many changes, as was mentioned in the FAQ, but we will be moving all UK players over to the UK software at the end of the month.

We can look into adding a couple of extremely micro tournaments for sure. What time zone are you in so I make sure you have access to at least one or two?

1 suggestion, bring DON's to FTP. I know stars had them and they were popular, then came the Fifty50 which are ok but I'd rather play a regular 9man stt than a Fifty50.

I think there are lots of people who would trickle over to FTP if they had DON games, its a great suggestion to players looking to build their br because of its low variance and yet applies to grinders as well because of the volume you can play if the traffic exists.

I mean 888 has them, pp has them, many US facing sites have them so PLEASE maybe FTP can have them too . It would probably bring in some general stt traffic overall as well.

I loved the 55c Tourneys that were removed only a few months ago.
They were very popular & the Guaranteed Tourneys always went over the Threshold.

Please bring back some for AEST.

Definitely no plans for this. Even if they wouldn't further segment an already too segmented SNG player pool (which they would), they're simply a format we've never had any interest in promoting, as there are too many issues that go along with them.

As others have mentioned the "T" in MTOPS stands for Turbo, so you won't be seeing regular structures there. However, there should be plenty of deep stacks, and it's always possible we can experiment more in that direction (Mega Stack!) in the future.

We do have freerolls, they're just either Edge freerolls or freerolls that give tickets to the weekly freeroll. It's possible we'll be adding to the Edge freerolls a bit more in the future, but other than that no immediate plans to expand our freeroll offering at the moment.

We just learned that it should be possible to offer auto top-up and rebuy on the UK software. This is a change from our original understanding, so we're working to make sure we can make that change in time. So hopefully they'll be there!

As for the VIP scheme, there are no current plans to change it for UK specifically, but obviously we may change it at any time in the future for many reasons.

For the first question, it shouldn't matter, the app knows to be a .eu app when it needs to be.

For the second question, I'm pretty sure this will come in the future. The mobile team is working hard on lots of things, and new features / offerings are being deployed all the time there.

Thanks for the feedback Shyam, I just figured it would probably boost the sng player pool on ftp but guess it would not be beneficial and bring back the issues that were likely the reason stars switched from sng to Fifty50.

Re the edge freerolls I have a question on that. The bronze edge freerolls that take place on the weekends for the 1k T$ or 1k in cash tickets, why are these not available at higher levels of the edge status? I would have thought it should follow similar suit to other sites like stars or 888 where you can play in the games geared towards those vip levels and anything at lower levels. I mean its not too difficult to be at least silver status in the edge program and those two bronze edge freerolls are still great value.

Perhaps there may be additional freerolls provided for other levels of the edge status, such as with the vip status freerolls/ftp buyin games on stars?

As a new FTP player, I've been familiarising myself with the layout of the software and navigating through games.
One thing I can't find that is frustrating is a search function (as opposed to the filter) which would allow us to search by keyword, eg. "MiniFTOPS" or "Double Deuce", and be shown a list of tournaments which contain that.
Is it there? Please make it so...

Full Tilt app

Hi Shyam,

I recently tried to play on my tablet through the APP. When i hit tourneys it said I was not registered in any and there was no place/button to select my game or register. I tried to figure it out for about 25 minutes and missed my tourney. There was no place to view a home lobby or tourneys that were registering. very frustrating) poker stars APP is very user friendly and I can easily register for tourneys or sit and goes.

I can understand the logic for making them freerolls but introducing more tournaments with FTP buyins would be great (and I don't mean satellites). Something like those 2 weekly 100 FTP tournaments.
