I have nothing wrong and they request verification of my identity. I can do that but they have banned my account. I have never cheated. I have always followed the rules and i don't see how they can just ban my account. Last time i played was in the cc full tilt freeroll which i won so that might be something to do with it.

It's just for security - send in verification and you're done :)

I think they probably and just temporarily froze your account, not banned it. Did they tell you they banned your account? This is not Sportsbook we're talking about here, it's Full Tilt. As usual, we ask that you paste correspondence here, and provide more details such as timeframe. Did you try to make a withdrawal?

It is never smart when arguing with someone in a public thread to say you have 2 accounts.

Hopefully it is a legit situation that you will get straightened out.

I had that problem because I used my father's credit card to deposit, since I didn't have one myself. If there's conflicting information they will freeze your account until you call or email them back.

I haven't tried to make a withdraw. They said suspended. They didn't give me a time frame.

Do you want me to show the email?

Oh, did he do that in another thread? Must have missed it. But remember that thread I made long ago saying I had just found in my Program Files that my ex- created multiple accounts? Full Tilt took care of it before I could contact even them. They didn't close mine because I said in the thread that I never created a 2nd account. I'm sure they read every word, and they left my account and funds intact.

Well suspension is not a ban. It's your private email, you can do as you wish. But it just helps us to get a better picture. It's helps to know when they sent the email, when you sent them requested info/ID, how long it took them to reply/reactivate acct. You see? Hope it gets resolved soon.

Just scan in your ID and something to prove your address, utility bill, bank statement, etc. Thats all they want, thats all you need to do. Its not a big deal, you didn't even need to make this thread. Just send in the requested info and be done with it.

I was just asking to see if anyone has had this problem. That's what they said i need get in my e-mail (passport, drivers license etc).

"1) Photo ID:
One of the following: valid driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID that clearly shows your birth date and the date of issue or expiry.

2) Proof of Address:
One of the following: bank or credit card statement, utility bill, cell phone bill, home or auto insurance papers."

Maybe the thread title should be amended, as it's misleading and untrue...

Ive never had this problem, but before cashing out on multiple sites (since I had never deposited on them) I was asked for the same information. After the first site asked I was ready and willing to provide it the next time I was cashing out on a new site.

I have heard of/read about this happening to a lot of people. And those people who had been following the rules and done nothing wrong sent in the documents and got there account back. I don't see the point in making a thread when you know what you have to do. After you send in the documents if they give you trouble then maybe.

*Might suck if your under 18, or have no way to prove your address. I had to go get a bank account just to prove mine, lol.

Trust me - this is what happened. After you announced here yesterday that you have 2 accounts there someone reported it.

So you now need to explain that to them and provide them with any documents they request. If it is an innocent mistake they will work with you. If you have been playing on both accounts you will have a problem.

Many of us have been requested by sites to provide proof of identity, and had cash transactions suspended during the review. It's painless, not particularly complicated, and fairly quick in my experience - I think it took less than 24 hours in my case once they received the scanned documents (PS for me, but I'm sure FT isn't much different). No big deal if you've done nothing wrong.

Frankly, I'm delighted that the major sites do this, it helps me feel better about their security generally. Doesn't hurt that (in PS's case) the support personnel are excellent, prompt, and polite.

LOL, did he really. Well that would explain it and also probably explain why he created this thread instead of sending the documents in.

I created a new act and I stopped playing on the first act. I emailed ft and told them about the acts. I haven't played on my first act for about 3 months.

Sorry all for misleading you with the title. I can get the info they want for tomorrow so hopfully I can get my act back.

That's right, and really enjoyed chatting with you at the table. Congrats on your win, and your first CC freeroll to boot! :congrats: It's just been a day though, so not to worry. It will be resolved, unless as Dakota said, you've been actively playing both accounts.

Then it depends on why you did it. If you did it to get rakeback they will close the most recent one and will probably let you use the old one.

If it is for another reason then it depends on what it is.

No I didn't do it for rakeback. I did it for personal reasons (I won't say why) but it nothing cheating wise. I also didn't do it to deposit on either account.

I created a 2nd account when I forgot I had my first account and had similar problems. They simply transferred my cash to my primary account and closed my secondary (new one) and I didn't have a problem after I'd emailed explaining the situation
