Hi everybody!
Haven't seen a topic about this before, so starting one.
What are your thoughts about this new changes at Full Tilt.
I think it's better than the old one (Edge), even though the chances to hit a Jackpot or a big prize are rather small.

It seems to be better for the micro player.
I am not too familiar with the Edge program but I know there was nothing in it for me.

I think the Edge program was just fine. Why fix something that is not broken at all?

The players club isn't replacing Edge, it's just extra tournaments and stuff.

I like the new Players Club but there are a LOT of new rules and/or challenges/missions to get to the good stuff.

I read some of it but I don't understand all of the details yet.

I already won some entries/tickets but I don't know what I did to get them lol. :D

I want to hit that jackpot though!

i played The Deal and i think that there are no chances to hit a Jackpot or something big, tickets for the freeroll are maximal prize

Yeah, but the good point is that even if not you, but somebody else wins jackpot you still earn some cash (if you played deal less than 12 hours before jackpot)

Most of my poker play are on Full Tilt so this new changes they made came as a shocker. Dont like it not even a bit. I made my first deposit ( 20$ ) and reach bronce status in a day, so it was cool playing those Daily Edge Bronce Tournaments for Ring Game Tickets and Tournament Dolars. And i was very seccessfull in it. Almost every day ( sometimes few days in row) won a pile of Ring Games with just 500 starting chips. Now its all gone. I dont have Bronce status any more, theres no more Edge Daily freerolls and new freerolls for coins is just apsurd. That Coin flipout - is like a bingo which i never get, taking 20 FTPs for one spin at The Deal is just to much - and i spend 120 FTPs just to get nothing - not even a freeroll ticket. I know this is to atract new players but now it looks more like a fight for bingo then poker room. So i give em + for effort but - for changing a profile of play for all of us.

From what I see so far, I much preferred it how it was before this players club and with the players club in place the rewards of the edge have been reduced with no available freerolls and what I saw from reading through stuff on edge it now requires more grinding to get any decent rewards since its pretty much only the ftp points and if you grind enough some rakeback which i got before at silver edge along with having access to the daily edge and weekends 100ftp freerolls.

I spun a tone of the deal initially and got very little return on the ftp's spent. Managed to get some tickets for the deal freeroll and a bunch of satties and the stupid 20% of a coin.

I'll probably just switch back to edge once i get back into grinding again, although had planned on getting into some cash grinding but little to no cash traffic now since the changes, when I'm online anyhow.

Full Tilt just packed the schedule with those Coin Freerolls. They are easy to cash but I don't know if it is worth my time to play them.

So far I won like 10 Gold Coins and in "The Deal" I won 5 entries to the $1000 Deal Freeroll.

I'm also registered in the $5K Windfall Freeroll.

Are you using your Gold Coins right away or do you see any benefits in saving them for later?

Coins are easy to win with the hourly all in flips but so far I have not been able to get anything in the deal so it hasn't been a good deal for me. :)
If someone actually wins the jackpot I will be astonished.
There is an advantage to only using one coin every 12 hours to share in the jackpot that I predict will never be won. :)

Ty, this is exactly the kind of benefit I was looking for. I'll try to play 1 coin every 12 hours.

Eventually someone will hit the jackpot!

I've mainly played on mobile at FTP since the changes so have not really worked it all out yet. I have played a few times on The Deal and won a few nice prizes and still have some freeroll games to play. I have qualified for the first and second week challenges and will work in the thrid soon. Not sure about how points work but will get round to that soon I guess. Must take a look at their pc site rather than mobile as more detailed.

Give it a go, you may enjoy it!

This is the first one.
With the odds at 1 in 5,000,000 it may take a while even if it is not rigged.

I got 50 Gold Coins for now and I use at least 3 a day. If the Jackpot gets really big then I might start spending more coins per day.

I'll keep playing those Coin Freerolls; but they are not my priority.
