Hi,

after a lot of trouble regarding a multiple account from ages ago i got my full tilt account back this evening. I went to make a small withdrawal, during which i lost internet connection. I recieved an email from full tilt stating the withdrawal had been declined and to retry, but now when i go to log on, it says my account details are invalid. I tried the forgot password option just incase but still no luck?

Any ideas on whats gone wrong?

Cheers

We probably need a little more information than you have given. It seems odd that someone would want to make a small withdrawal as soon as they get an account back.

My guess is that FT blocked it, because people don't usually do things like that.

OK that's good news then, and I'm glad it worked out for you in the end.
