I've got my settings at Full Tilt arranged to save my HHs to a file on my computer. But I'm rather sure they aren't sending me everything. There was a hand a couple days ago I wanted to post and then instead had to describe it myself. And now I wanted to save the first hand from one of my tables in a matrix SNG I just played, but it looks like all of the available histories only begin with the 4th stage of blinds. And hands from one table are not there at all.

Is this an issue for anyone else?

P.S. The hand was sweet. TT on the button. Called a raise with another caller between me and the raiser. Flop T75. Preflop raiser just shoves like 1400 into this ~300 pot, other preflop caller calls, as do I obviously. First guy has QQ, other caller hit a set of 7s. I made quads on the river and tripled up first hand.

I have always been able to find my hands when I look for them (and poker tracker seems to update correctly throughout my playing). I have had issues trying to look back on tournament hands due to the fact that it is broken down to all of the various tables. But as long as I have noted what table I was on and around what stage the hand was (I usually do some searches for the amount bet or something to find the exact hand), I am always able to find it.

saved

Every hand of poker,or anything else you do just about,is saved somewhere on your computer. You may try setting yr puter to search hidden files, then do a search on hand historys,or you can type the name of the poker site, like Fulltilt, then open the yellow looking file it should bring up.

That's not always the case. On Fulltilt you must set the option to save HH or it wont. On the main full tilt screen go to options and Hand Histories to set it to save. Same with poker stars, to change it. I can't remember is Poker Stars was already set to save HH or not, but with most every poker client you can find HH in the options menue.

I save mine to my desktop so I dont have to search for it. Just remember to change how long it saves your hand history if you want it to be longer then 30 days.(default) I just added some zero's.

Well, this many days later I finally got a reply from support. Well, not really. They just attached my last 10 days of history (haven't checked to see if it's all there myself), and provided basic instructions on how to save my histories, which I clearly already know if I was having this problem.

Stars support runs laps around these guys.

This is good advice. If you somehow miss the table number (you often get moved after a huge hand. Just keep track of how many tables you played in afterwards. They usually tack each one to the end. On the search... Pull up the document. Click 'edit', then 'find' - then type in [your name] collected - or in my case 'divebich collected' - and you'll find all the hands you won at that table.

Simple. In FT lobby, hit options up top, then hand history. It probably defaults to 'Program Files' in your C drive. FT Folder will be in there, then there is the hand history folder. In there, there's a folder with your screen name.
