Hey guys. Was wondering if anyone else saw this on FT about 12 hours ago, not sure if it's still running. Basically, it's a 50ftp buy-in, each ko gets u 50ftp. lol. top3 gets tickets to see gus get punched in the face... live. well, that's what the description says anyway.

Anyone can gimme a headsup as to what this is about?

hahha I saw the same game this morning, cosidered signing up but then spaced out. This was a KO game...so I would almost assume the "punched in the face" refering to Gus as figurative ....but that would be a good show reguardless lol!

Team Full Tilt's Gus Hansen will swap the felt for the canvas when he steps into the boxing ring to take on fellow Danish poker pro Theo Jørgensen in a celebrity boxing match - and you can be there.
Gus Hansen has been challenged to the fight by his poker rival. If Hansen wins, he will receive approximately $25K; his opponent has better odds and can take home $35K. Both poker players are preparing for the fight with professional boxing trainers and poker fans, pros and boxers are expected to attend. The fight takes place in Copenhagen, Denmark, on Saturday, February 21st.
The fight coincides with the launch of Gus TV, the new online TV channel providing TV content for poker players. If you're unable to attend the match in person, you can catch the action online at GusHansenTV.com.

I played in it this morning, took 48th and I was really looking forward to those tickets. The deal is if you place in the top 3 you get tickets to a fight. It's like a celebrity boxing match. It is great because even if you knock out just one person, you win you buy-in back so it is a fun waste of time.

Haha ya these are still running. The tickets aren't all that great though as all travel expenses come out of your wallet.

"You can win tickets to attend the fight by registering for tournaments at 14:15 ET (20:15 Danish time) each day between Thursday, February 5th, and Tuesday, February 17th. The buy-in is only 50 Full Tilt Points and the top three finishers in each tournament will win tickets for themselves and a guest to attend the fight."
