Full Tilt "Edge" Promotion Question

Hi, I've recently made my move from pokerstars to Full Tilt, and it was a pretty good decision to say the least.

Now, it's been about a day since I've moved, and I have accumulated about 111 FTP'S, and am 'Bronze'.
It says I need 7-Day -- Rolling Avg (FTPs) of 10 to be bronze, and 50 for silver.

What exactly is rolling average?
It says I have 10.14 Rolling FTP's (7-Day).
How is it calculated?

To me it looks like rolling average means you could earn 700 points on day one and end up with 7 day rolling average of 100 if nothing else gained during the week, those 700 pts would fall off of the 7 day average at end of week. for more info go to http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/edge

Add up your total points in the week and divide by the number of days

Pretty much the last 7 days avg points total. So play once a week and hit 700 and you have 100 rolling avg or do 100 a day.
